Authentic Self Integrated Alignment Method—the state of being fully present, integrated, and aligned with your true nature.
Approximately 3-5 hours per week for videos and integration practices. The program is self-paced with lifetime access, so you can move through content at your own rhythm. Five live integration calls provide structure and support, but recordings are available if you can't attend.
Recordings are provided, but attending live creates deeper transformation. Aim for at least 3-4 live sessions.
